In this series of urban microcosms, I try to observe and reread cities in order to understand how they work. In the form of mini sketches and paintings, I play with the city elements and decompose – recompose structures, spaces, and places that shape them. The final product is the result of mini sketches manually drawn in Gouache and Aquarelle paintings on Arches paper/gold-pressed 300 g/m2, size 14.8 x 10.5 cm. They are later to be produced in printed copies of limited numbers, in order to be accessible to wider groups as a way to exchange views and perspectives on the city.
